Index Program Page Formatting Options
At runtime, or page creation time, the Index program runs aornd looking for subfolders. If it finds them it list them and provides links to them in the form of a navigation menu.

This can be in one of two forms, a horozinal menu bar, or a vertically stacked menu bar.

Additionally the specification of the font callouts for rendering the menu text and other cosmetic properties can be altered.

linktype=0 and linktype=1 Horizontal bar navigation menu at the top or bottom of the page. They go from side to side. linktype=1 uses table commands. 0 does not. The variable tablinks determines how the menu cels are rendered.

VERT ical.

linktype=2 Verticallly oriented navigation menu in the top left corner. Also called "Web TV" menu but that's probably more of an obscure histrical artifact by now. tablinks ignored.


TABLINKS

 * When linkstype = 0)
 *
 * 0 - normal
 * 1 - highlit (use font and color to set)
 * 2 - only cd highlit
 * 3 - entire bar highlit

 * When linkstype = 2
 * 4 - draw table, size, WIDTH, around links
